We are just weeks away from the largest apple event of the year and the launch of the IPhone 16 series but what does that mean for iPhone users and will there be any significant changes to its design? Well Sadly Not I’m Afraid
What Can We Expect?
The IPhone 16 will come with a major upgrade to its processor, its newest A18 bionic chip which will allow AI to process things mostly on device, there have also been concerns about RAM, previous models of the iPhone came with 6gb RAM but that’s rumoured to increase to 8gb, this has not yet been confirmed
The Iphons 16 will come with a new 48 megapixel camera sensor which will provide additional detail especially in low light conditions, photos and videos may also be visible on the Apple Vision Pro but this is not explicitly confirmed as of yet
Additional features include a new capture button which will allow zooming, focusing and photo taking as well as video, there will also be an action button which can be customised to suit your needs
The screen will have a a super XDR display giving it a high brightness which will slow use in bright conditions as well as featuring the Dynamic Island display.
The phone will also get improved battery life, faster charging speeds with USB-C and MagSafe and New Colour Options
Apple Intelligence:

It is likely the iPhone 16 series will most likely feature Apple Intelligence, apple’s own version of Artificial Intelligence Integration within the phones
This will range from an upgraded Siri with ChatGPT integration, Genmoji, Image Playground and more allowing AI to interface with you on a much deeper level, meaning Siri can do so much more than it did beforehand
There has not been confirmation from Apple but the European Union may not receive Apple Intelligence until later due to its rules regarding the Digital Markets Act (DMA)
The EU is known for having stringent data protection laws in force and Apple may be concerned about abiding by the rules while rolling out this feature
